The militaristic leadership type is the type of leadership in which in moving his subordinates, the command to achieve goals is used as the main tool. Really likes to use rank and position in moving subordinates. Act as sole ruler. Demands high discipline and absolute obedience from subordinates. Does not want to accept criticism from subordinates.
Militaristic Leadership Characteristics
(1) use more command/command systems, harsh and very authoritarian, rigid and often unwise,
(2) requires absolute obedience from subordinates,
(3) very fond of formality, ritual ceremonies and signs of excessive grandeur,
(4) demands strict and rigid discipline from subordinates,
(5) does not want suggestions, proposals, suggestions, and criticisms from subordinates,
(6) communication only takes place in one direction.
This type of leader is very similar to the type of authoritarian leader which is the type of leader who always acts as a dictator against the members of his group.
