Instructive Leadership Style

Instructive leadership style is a style that emphasizes direct instruction or direction from superiors to subordinates (new subordinates) .  Usually the nature of the instruction or directive itself is very specific. Such as what tasks must be done, how until when to do.

A boss who applies an instructive leadership style will provide more supervision to subordinates or new employees. In addition, this instructive leadership also has a relatively high level of directive.

The level of support is also low so it is considered ineffective to explore the potential of human resources from subordinates. Even this one leadership style can make the quality of employees lower.
