Have we evaluated the program we are running? How consistently do we evaluate?. Can we measure the level of completeness of the program?. What do we often get, completeness, incompleteness, or an endless process?. What do we often feel every time we do an evaluation, feel light, giddy or dizzy?
Evaluation is important, even very important, but
we shouldn't just focus on evaluation without paying attention to other
elements. Because, if we only focus on evaluation, the program may run well, but there is no comfort or even peace in it. We will be better known as unfriendly and unpleasant policy makers.
There is one stage that is an insertion but is
important enough to keep the performance of social movements comfortable
and happy. Namely Assistance.
This phase does not always apply to all
conditions, but it is important enough to ensure that the policies
issued are well understood by the technical implementers. Especially if the technical implementers are people who are not yet fully mature. For example, teenagers or even children. Well,
this is where the role of mentoring is needed to ensure that what we
release can be understood by them, and from the basis of a correct
understanding, a program can run smoothly and calmly. Thus,
the evaluation process will be passed calmly without pressure or even
without the impression of trapping the technical section to deserve
punishment.
The problem is, this process is very tiring. But all depends on the choice of the policy holder. It's just an experience to control a comfortable system. Unless we really want a social aura in a system that is stressful and stressful, please hehe ...
