The Key to Peace of Mind

There are some practices that are worth trying to practice, to keep peace of mind. Peace of mind becomes very important for us, because with a calm heart will maintain the stability of our body as a whole. Calmness of the heart will bring health that not only affects the health of the soul, but will also affect the health of the body or physical.

Well, here are some of those practices:

1. DON'T HATE

Don't hate someone even if he does something wrong to you.

2. DO NOT COMPLAIN
Do not complain but pray a lot.

3. MODERATE
Live modestly even if you have a high position and wealth.

4. THINK WELL
Always think positive even when tested.

5. ALWAYS SMILE
Smile even if your heart is hurt.

6. ALWAYS GIVE
Give a lot of alms even if we are prevented from doing so ..

7. PRAYER WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE
Do not stop praying for good for your brother without his knowledge ...

8. DO NOT ENVY & JEALOUSY
Do not be envious of the success of your friends, pray that you also succeed like him ... if you are jealous by humiliating him..remember all
your good deeds will be burnt..Because Allah does not accept the good deeds of people who are jealous ..

9. EASY FORGIVING
Do not feel clumsy and difficult in forgiving the mistakes of others because there is glory and peace in forgiving

10. AVOID ENMITY
Do not consider a person who does not agree as an opponent but he is your friend.

Preparation of Death as an effort to supply there (afterlife)
