Maybe this word is often spoken and heard, but do we know what it means? When
it comes to leadership, it turns out that there is no standard
definition that becomes a standard definition that can be used as a
reference. So we need to
read various reviews from several experts whose actual directions and
orientations are not much different, namely the basis of talent, nature,
behavior, influence on others, interaction patterns, roles, positions,
positions and perceptions of others regarding the validity of leadership
itself. As for some definitions from experts, among others;

7. leadership is the process of influencing the activities of an organized group towards the achievement of a goal. (Roach & Behing, 1984: 46)
From the various descriptions above, we can draw a temporary definition that
leadership
is a process, behavior or relationship that causes a group to act
together or cooperate or in accordance with the rules or in accordance
with a common goal. Meanwhile, the so-called leader is the person who carries out the process, behavior and relationship.
