Humans are indeed prepared by the Creator as His representative on Earth. Thus, the basic provisions as leaders and regulators are prepared by the Creator as the basic abilities of every human being. Both the ability to control oneself and the ability to control others.
In the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah starting verse 30, the Creator has described the plan for the creation of humans on Earth, although initially this plan was feared by the Angels. However, it is reassured in the next verse that many things that angels do not know about humans as reinforcement will still be created by humans.
We return to these two attributes, human strengths and weaknesses. These two traits have always been the main ingredients for humans to make judgments about fellow humans in their social life. It even becomes a determinant for the selection of friends who are worthy and not worthy to be social partners. although sometimes, more and less assessment is relative, in the sense that, more value is not necessarily rated more by two different people, as well as less value is not necessarily rated less by two different people. Maybe according to person A it is an advantage, but according to person B it is a disadvantage. So, if this assessment is based on human standardization, it will not be the same. Values will be the same if they are based on the Creator's standards.
In this review, we will try to examine how these two assessments are for a leader. Will the perspective be the same as the perspective of humans in general or different.
A leader is a person who is entrusted with being at the forefront as well as being a regulator of those behind him. The leader will walk according to the purpose for which he is assigned. So, to ensure that goals can be achieved with success, the leader must ensure that the people he manages also support him to succeed in his goals. This condition forces the leader to be able to understand the many judgments of the people in his care, especially those that will directly help him in the success of his leadership. He must be good at placing people according to the abilities needed by the leader.
In the view of humans, people who can't run fast are people who have shortcomings. But for leaders, people who can't run are not people who have shortcomings, because the goal to be achieved is not only about running, but also sometimes having to hold on or pull back, now this is where people who can't run fast are placed, because as humans there are no which has only one trait, lacking on the one hand, must have advantages on the other. This is just about running, there are many other sides of humans that have striking differences, so if you want to get a perfect power, a leader must be able to gather many people which are then gathered to complement each other.
So, for a leader, one's strengths and weaknesses are both needed to complete the movement towards the success of a goal. It would be very funny if there is someone who is asked to be a leader but his perspective is still not like a leader. Finally he was preoccupied with the fatigue of thinking about more and less incessantly.
